Terms of service.
Last updated: June 2026 · By using AgentScheduler you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
AgentScheduler is provided by Agent Integration Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with registered address at 9 Nelson Street, Southend On Sea, SS1 1EF.
The service allows property maintenance teams to upload works order documents, automatically extract job details using AI, score and match engineers, and run automated tenant outreach workflows. Use of the service is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must register for an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a business to use the service. AgentScheduler is a B2B tool intended for property management companies, letting agents, and maintenance coordinators. It is not intended for personal use.
3. Credits and payments
The service operates on a credit basis. One credit is consumed for each job processed — covering works order parsing, engineer scoring, and outreach workflow initiation. Credits are purchased in advance and credited to your account immediately upon confirmed payment.
If a processing error occurs that consumes a credit without completing a job, we will refund the credit upon request to support@agentschedule.ai.
4. Data protection and GDPR
By using the service, you may upload works orders and input details that include personal data relating to tenants, property managers, and engineers. You are the data controller for this personal data. Agent Integration Ltd acts as a data processor on your behalf.
Our full data processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for organisations that require one.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
6. Outreach and tenant communications
The automated outreach features (phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS) contact tenants using contact details you supply. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent or legitimate interest basis to contact tenants via these channels under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Agent Integration Ltd is not liable for any regulatory action arising from tenant communications initiated through the service where you have failed to establish a lawful basis for contact.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out planned maintenance with reasonable notice and may suspend access in cases of security risk or abuse.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Integration Ltd's liability is limited to the total value of credits purchased by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
